Maizon is the best building I’ve lived in! It’s incredible clean, the pool is spectacular, and it’s quiet despite its location in the heart of Brickell. Another bonus is how quickly I can get to 95 for my commute, which was difficult in other areas of Brickell. Highly recommended!
I’m here for corporate housing so I don’t know about their rent or its money’s worth. However I find the building surprisingly clean especially considered how many dogs live in the building. The cleaning team is very diligent. Also the pool is beautiful and the whole lounge area on floor 8 is massive and luxurious. I only find their 1 bedroom apartments too small. Otherwise a great place to stay considering its great location and amenities.
My boyfriend and I just recently moved here from the Northeast and we couldn't be happier with our experience at Maizon thus far. Since we couldn't visit Maizon in person, we looked at their virtual videos and the building, amenities, and unit were even better in person when got here in person.The building is quiet, clean, well-kept and we feel very safe and secure here. The parking garage is above ground and also very secure. What drew us to Brickell is that it is the most walkable area in Miami and what's nice about Maizon is that it is located in western Brickell, which is quieter and has less traffic, while also being just a short walk to all our favorite places in Brickell and Brickell City Center. It is conveniently located a block away from a supermarket (Publix), Exxon gas station, Chase Bank, Walgreens and ACE hardware. Denise Gutierrez helped us throughout the whole application process. She was so pleasant and accommodating to work with. If you are interested in this place, we highly recommend it!

I recently moved into Maizon Brickell and we are having a great experience! Denise and the management team really helped us throughout this process. Denise has been very kind and attentive to all of our requests. The apartment and the common areas are beautiful and always clean. Other residents and staff are very friendly. Overall a great experience! 10/10 would recommend!

I've been living at Maizon for almost 4 years and I love it. The building is modern and well maintained. The location couldn't be better-- 5 min walk from Brickell without having to deal with crazy traffic. And lastly and most important, the staff, from the maintenance folks to the leasing office personnel, they always offer a top-notch service.
Management uses lobby as their own office and makes it extremely unwelcoming for tenants. Manage Maissel is unpleasant and makes up rules to suit her needs. Apparently her daughter is afraid of dogs and frequently in her office so she made the building unfriendly to dogs, going back on rules that were agreed upon moving in.
This is the best building in Brickell. It's a boutique luxury building with really nice staff. Always super clean and it is very professionally run. I like the quiet area and easy access to 95.
